PLATINUM SLA
We guarantee that if we go down for more than 0.1% of the month, then you get that month for FREE. It's that simple! This guarantee is named our SLA - our Service Level Agreement - and it applies to all of our virtual servers, cloud computing instances, and shared web hosting and email plans. Whether you are a personal user, a small business, or an enterprise requiring critical uptime, we guarantee our service for all.
GOLD SLA
THis SLA applies to our dedicated servers and colocation services. We guarantee that if we go down for more than 0.05% of the month (~20 minutes) then you get a percentage credit off that month's bill. This credit scales from 15% credit to 100% credit if the downtime is greater than 0.3% of the month. It's that simple! Whether you are a personal user, a small business, or an enterprise requiring critical uptime, we guarantee our service for all.
